Hannah is an experienced senior policy consultant with over five years’ experience assisting government agencies with policy development, strategy, operational policy and service design.
Hannah has strong experience across the policy development cycle. She has a particular focus on aligning strategy policy and operational policy processes to ensure that regulatory changes can solve the policy problem in an efficient, user-centric manner.
Hannah has considerable experience in regulatory impact analysis and has previously co-ordinated MBIE’s RIS Review Panel. She has a good understanding of regulatory system charters and regulatory stewardship.
She understands the machinery of government, including Cabinet and Parliamentary processes and working with Ministers. Hannah has experience working in Ministers’ offices.
Hannah’s experience with Māori policy stems from supporting Crown in the Waitangi Tribunal hearing for the Mangatu remedies claim and during policy development and RIS review. Hannah has an NCEA level 4 equivalent qualification in Te Reo Māori.
